Associate Priest:  Fr Benjamin Andrews
Fr Ben has been Associate Priest at St. Paul’s since the end of April 2005. He was born in Pontyclun and trained and worked in the Hospitality Industry before training for the Priesthood at St. Stephen’s House Oxford. Fr Ben was ordained Deacon in 2000 and Priest in 2001. Before coming to Grangetown, Fr Ben was curate in Whitchurch and then Porthcawl.

   

Fr Ben is married to Lynne who is a part time cooking tutor and they have 2 children Joshua and Jessica and a dog called Morse.
Fr Ben enjoys cooking, gardening and is a big fan of the soaps.
Fr Ben is a member of SSC, honary chaplain to the Church army projects in Cardiff, and he also is a member of the Diocesan Youth Department. He serves as a school Governor of St. Paul’s Church In Wales Primary School and St. Teilo’s Church In Wales High School, and is also a member of the Diocesan Board for Education.

Fr Ben has the pastoral day to day running of St. Paul’s and is also on the staff at St Mary’s and St. Dyfrig and St. Samson.


Parish Priest:  Canon Graham Francis
Canon Graham Francis was born in Neath in 1945, and raised in Port Talbot. He trained for the priesthood at St Michael's College Llandaff, and Cardiff University. He was made deacon in 1970 and ordained to the priesthood on 6th August 1971. He served his curacy in the Parish of Llanblethian w Cowbridge & Llandough with St Mary Church from 1970-76. He then served as Vicar of Penrihwceiber with Matthewstown & Ynysboeth from 1976 - 2002.

He has been a Priest Clerk of the Shrine of Our Lady of Walsingham since 1986.  He has been a Canon of Llandaff Cathedral since 2002.
In April 2002 he was inducted as incumbent of Cardiff, St Mary & St Stephen with St Dyfrig & St Samson and in March 2005 of Grangetown, St Paul.

Fr Graham has been married to Eleri since 1971.  They have a son, Illtyd married to Nia  and a daughter Catrin married to Peter who have one son Dylan.  Illtyd is married to Nia have two son’s, Osian and Cain.
